We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Gaia. From the very beginning, she supported us not only on the logistical side, but also mentally and emotionally. She is incredibly empathetic and genuinely passionate about what she does, and that made such a difference throughout the whole process.

Communication with her was excellent. She was always prompt, clear, and thoughtful. She kept everything perfectly on track and made us feel constantly reassured and supported. What we appreciated most was her ability to strike the perfect balance: she gave us a lot of freedom and flexibility when we wanted to make our own choices, but at the same time she was fully capable of stepping in and making decisions when we needed guidance.

Gaia coordinated with most of our suppliers, and she directly managed the design and overall setup of the wedding together with the flower designer. She ensured that everything came together beautifully and ran smoothly, both in the lead-up and on the day itself.

What impressed us even more is how she handled last-minute stressful situations, namely calmly, firmly, and completely behind the scenes. We only found out after the wedding that there had been issues at all, which says everything about her professionalism.

Her eye for design is exceptional. She gave us fantastic suggestions for the tableau mariage and the overall aesthetic of the event. She even personally went to select materials and see everything in person on our behalf, since we were organizing the wedding in Italy from the Netherlands. That level of dedication is rare.

Gaia is also a great listener. She really takes the time to understand your vision and does everything possible to bring it to life. She is very transparent about the budget and guides you step by step, always offering thoughtful alternatives so you can make decisions freely and confidently.

We found her to be extremely professional, but at the same time very approachable and reliable. On the wedding day, this made all the difference: we could truly relax, be present, and enjoy every single moment, knowing everything was in the best possible hands.
