FAQ

  • Why working with a wedding planner?

Because coordinating such a big and important event where all the people you love get together can be stressful. There are a lot of things that you may not even think about that become important, so, you deserve to be stress-free and be helped by somebody who can take over and has a bit more experience, so that you can enjoy the process.

  • Where do you work?

I am based in the Netherlands and work mainly in Italy, but I am flexible and can accommodate your wishes everywhere you like. I speak fluent Italian and English, and intermediate Dutch, so we could also communicate in Dutch/Flemish if this is more convenient for you.

  • How much in advance should we start to organize a wedding in Italy?

I would say the ideal timing starts from 8 months before and above. We could also do it in slightly less time, but I do not advise doing so, as it would risk becoming stressful. The ideal situation is to have one year or so to plan the wedding, but a bit less is also fine. The wedding market in Italy is quite big and popular, so the demand for services and suppliers is competitive. Starting earlier allows for more options and less stress-driven choices.

  • Are you also a travel designer?

Yes, I love travelling. It is my biggest passion, and I have visited more than 50 countries around the world. I believe in a respectful and kind way of travelling, in which the world is not your theater where you go and watch as a spectator, but you are the humble traveller willing to learn how people think and live in places different from your own while spreading kindness all over the globe through small gestures. I would never design something touristic in big resorts very detached from the reality of a place, instead, I would try to bring you to the real places, to the lived experiences od people who make that specific place. If this is your philosphy, then I could help you design your perfect honeymoon. If you want comfort, I can guarantee that you can find it even outside big resorts and hotel chains, and, in case you still want that, we could always mix up the experiences and find a balance (maybe you can add one or two nights only, and then live something more authentic for example).I would be delighted to help you design your perfect honeymoon, and I am curious to hear what your travel dreams are :)
